Polish films at the click of your mouse!

25 Nov

One of the best ways of learning a foreign language is by watching films from that country. It’s not only fun, but a great way to learn vocabulary you might not otherwise come across during your Polish language lesson.

YouTube provides you with a wide choice of clips, but it’s not always easy to find a full length film. The website http://ninateka.pl/ has a good variety of films, plays, documentaries and music.

The website http://polvod.pl/ has a good collection of old Polish classics from the 70s, 80s and 90s. There are also selections for children and populat television series.  Have a look for yourself and I would suggest you also prepare by reading something on-line in English before you start watching the film.
